Element Logic was commissioned to develop an automation concept and install an AutoStore system comprising 33,000 storage slots for bins on a mezzanine structure. Fourteen R5 robots handle inbound, transfer, and outbound processes, while articulated robots autonomously load the bins. Conveyors and lifts are integrated to create seamless connections between discrete stages. This cohesive setup optimizes storage density, accelerates material flow across multiple levels, and enhances operational efficiency in warehousing.

The entire installation is managed by Element Logics eController software and secured under a dedicated service contract with Friedr. Dick. This configuration ensures optimal performance while providing maintenance and support. Automated monitoring schedules checks and updates, minimizing interruptions and extending equipment lifespan. Close cooperation between service engineers and company staff enables issue resolution. The project is on track to be finalized by the end of this year, meeting delivery milestones.
